My aunt had been placed at the Terraces while she was transitioning to assisted living. This was a huge transition and the entire process was extremely complex, until the Terraces got involved. Keisha, Tonia and the entire team at the Terraces kept us updated every step of the way on my aunts progress and the level of care she needed. They helped us navigate the insurance process which ultimately allowed her to get placed into assisted living with minimal cost to her. During that time, they gave her world class care and gave me extraordinary peace of mind. I don't know how we would have been able to navigate this trying time without the entire team at the Terraces. They truly are angels and deserve the utmost praise. I highly recommend that anyone consider this facility if they find themselves in the same situation. 5 stars just isn't enough!

I wish I could give zero stars. Listen to me... Don't send your loved one here. Everything will seem great during intake, but it's all a lie!! I watched my mother suffer at this place. She was only in for rehabilitation. She left in a worse state. Where do I begin... Filthy rooms. Disgusting food- the menu is never followed. Negligent staff. Filthy shared bathrooms. Filthy floors. A stench of urine day and night. Overnight staff that ignore the help bell. My mother's personal items were stolen. The last time I saw my mother alive was when this place decided to call 911, well after she had been sick. I watched her die in the hospital. Please, don't don't do it. Look elsewhere. Shame on this dump. Shame on you all. Sleep well.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! First: The positive reviews for them are FAKE as after my mother and I formulated our review (which was honest) they called to have us CHANGE IT! This facility KILLED her by the extreme neglect! They discharged her on 12/23/25 and sent her home only to be admitted to the ER 2 days later- and now she is dying! The ER Dr told me the best thing I could have done was get her out of there! She was send home with: untreated pneumonia, pulmonary embolisms, A numeral thorax, which is a completely collapsed lung, A UTI that was so severe it’s still not healed in any way shape or form, Leg clots, and th list goes on and on… My mother was given breakfast and taken out of bed in the morning and sat in her wheelchair for over 12 hours a day never moving never being cared for in the way that she needed. Only send your family member here if you want them to die. This has been the most gruesome experience of my life. They also have no answers and have lost four of the six dresses that she came in with. All they care about is your money all they care about is profit don’t even consider them. Happy to answer any personal questions as well about this facility if you’re considering it once again, please don’t run in the opposite direction. Any place is better than this place. Ironically I had to go away For a work trip and I met somebody from West Palm Beach, who sent their father to this facility and had the same experience. He said it was the worst thing he could’ve ever done and his dad was treated horribly. They got him out of there as quickly as possible. They take ZERO accountability as well! These nurses and administrative staff only PRETEND to care when family is there in person. This is reprehensible treatment of HUMAN BEINGS!!!!!

I am very disappointed with the care provided to my Mother from this facility. The staff declined providing us with her medication list when asked after we noticed they were not ministering her medications at the appropriate time. The bathroom and showers were shared with multiple residents sometimes 4 so they were unkept. The lack of accuracy and communication dealing with my mom’s health and safety was a concern. I strongly suggest they improve staff, accountability and ensure families and they the staff are fully informed about the medications being administered while keeping the place sanitary for patients. I’m unable to add a 0 star rating but I would if I could.
