If I could give this place no stars I would. This place is horrific. My Dad was there a week ago. He went in fine and came out totally confused and worse than ever. The nurse staff in the morning are the worse. They never answer the phone, but the few times that they did they were so nasty and rude. If you want to talk to your loved one it is better to call in the evening from 5-11pm. They have some really nice nurses there that will let you speak with your loved one. One nurse told me that my Dad no longer wants to speak on the phone and this was a new development of his. LIES, LIES AND LIES!!! My Dad told me that they never told him that people called for him. This place is dirty, rude and if you want your loved one to live DO KOT put them in this place.

Shouldn’t even get one star. This place is hell on earth. They will sing you a song and dance about how wonderful it is. It’s not. Run don’t walk FAR AWAY from this place. Awful what just happened to this recent patient. They do not care for their patients. we had my mom here in 3 months and she almost died. My Mom fell and cut herself and was covered in blood and the whole room looked like a murder scene. No one came to check on her in the middle of the night like they so call claim to do. Thankfully my mom was strong enough to find her phone and call a friend who called us (Mom was disoriented and didn’t know where she was) we rushed over and found her before she completely bled out. . Even the paramedics were shocked. I took her out of there as soon as I could and she came to live with me. I will never forgive myself for putting her in there. Disgusting. I’m sorry for this family and the other people that have no other choice but to utilize this place and others like it for their family members.

I’ve delivered to this retirement home several times, and today I was honestly shocked at how poor the conditions were. When I arrived, I had to wait several minutes at the entrance before anyone noticed me — and the person who finally helped me wasn’t even staff, but a resident who happened to walk by. The staff never acknowledged me, did not ask for verification or anything. Once i found the patient’s room, I noticed the floors were extremely dirty, the grout hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, the walls were stained, and the building had a strong odor of urine. The overall environment did not feel sanitary or well-maintained at all. Whoever is managing this facility needs to take these issues seriously. The residents deserve to live in a clean, dignified, and properly supervised environment, and the current conditions fall far below that standard. This place needs major improvement for the sake of the people who live there.
