Staff was very rude. Doctor didn't give a damn about my bladder infection. Just left me to suffer for a long weekend!! I had to leave that place to get any care!!! Awful!!! 🤬

My mom lived there for 4 or 5 years. They are the best. Shawn and Carrie are kind, compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. There staff was the same. Very kind. They took great care of my mom. I would highly recommend this care facility. They do activities, exercise, health care. They are there when you need them. I trusted them to do there best with my mom and they did. They took great care of her. I thank all of them for that.

Tender Loving Care (TLC) Senior Residences deserves all of the stars in the Sky. It is God's blessing that our loved one was placed in the best facility in Las Vegas. Many senior residences have high staff turnover rate, but not at TLC - several staff members have been there 15+ years. We visit frequently, several times a week for months - consistently, the facility is immaculate, employees are patient and attentive, resident medical doctor and nurse are regularly onsite, and our loved one is cared for with true heart and soul.<br><br>Anyone with a family member with Dementia knows the extreme stress and heartbreak associated with this terrible disease. Family members / friends are not skilled nurses and only do the best they can while still working full-time, having children / families of their own, or carrying the burden all by themselves with no support. In some ways, the caretaker can feel like he/she is the next person that may have Dementia because of the insurmountable stress. However, to know that the best, loving care is being rendered to your loved one by<br>HIGHLY TRAINED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING PROFESSIONALS at TLC is a relief that no words in any language can convey.<br><br>There is a loving Family Environment at TLC - our loved one is Thriving! When we brought her home one day, she was able to clearly say, "This is my second home" which means she views TLC as her first home! Thank you, God, for Dr. Shawn McGivney and his beautiful sister, Kerry McGivney. They know first-hand how it is to have parents with Dementia/Alzheimer's. Thank you to each and every staff member at TLC - you are all earth angels.
