Teal Ridge is an excellent community, and the staff is beyond amazing. Our experience was a little different because once my mom moved in, it became clear she wasn’t a fit for independent living and needed more of an assisted-living environment.<br>Melissa and Cindy are two of the nicest, most caring people I have ever met. From day one, it was obvious that they had my mom’s best interest at heart and truly went above and beyond to support her. They stopped by her room daily, introduced her to several long-time residents, and did everything they could to help her settle in.<br>In the end, it didn’t work out at Teal Ridge simply because they provide independent living, and my mom requires more advanced care. But I cannot say enough positive things about Melissa, Cindy, and the entire staff. They were compassionate, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from move-in to the difficult decision to transition her out. They genuinely cared, and it showed every day.<br>Although my mom ultimately needed a higher level of care, our experience at Teal Ridge showed me what true compassion in senior living looks like. They treated her with dignity, respected our situation, and supported us every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Teal Ridge to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming independent living community staffed by people who genuinely care about their residents.

My mom has been here for two years and I could not be happier with the facility and the staff. They are so kind and patient with her and have done an amazing job during Covid trying to help families stay connected while keeping their residents safe. They do a great job keeping me informed about things I need to know and making recommendations to improve her quality of life.
