Laura with Black Bear Creek has been great! She helped my mom get a new place to stay that was very nice. The unit was newly painted, newer appliances and new flooring. This community is perfect for my mom and I can rest assured that she is safe. The neighbors have been very friendly.

I am brand new to the community, beginning in 2 days, so I can only speak to the manager & maintenance man support. I found both to be very friendly, knowledgeable & most helpful. Laura Avalon was great working with through the initial interview & the total rental process. She made sure all my questions were well explained. She has a pleasant, inviting & caring personality and well represents Black Bear Creek.She always responded to my text messages in a timely manner which I appreciated as the moving process can be very stressful. I am looking forward to making this my new home.

My father moved in to Black Bear Creek recently and is very happy there. It’s a small cozy community, perfect for him. The leasing and move-in process was seamless, everything was very easy. A couple minor maintenance issues (as is usual when moving into a new place) were handled immediately and well done. So far his experience has been great!

I have lived here a few months and this is the quietest neighborhood extremely well maintained and great neighbors. I highly recommend Black Bear Creek to anyone 55 or older looking for a safe place to live Laura the property manager and her husband Alonzo who does all of the repairs and maintenance are amazing.

I’m excited that I will be moving to Black Bear Creek. I’m already very impressed with the office manager, Laura. She has kindly walked me through the setup/lease process which is all online these days. Laura has been so patient with me and all of my questions. She has provided many ways for me to communicate with her, and then promptly responded to all my questions. I’m very much looking forward to be a part of this community!
