Things were bad from the first visit, owner stated her employees are immigrants only and that wasn’t a problem just seemed odd. The problem is the woman who was coming to give a friend a shower and light cleaning a total of 2 hours twice a week. She did some dishes one visit that took two hours which was only some silverware. The second visit she gave a shower and left, my main concern for having the care was for a couple showers a week, so her leaving after the shower I’m not pressed about that. 3rd visit was 5 minutes being there she asked for a check for the next two appointments and left. After a few times of trying to reach owner to cancel service I finally reached her where she said we will give check back we don’t do things free and hung up. My thing is why does she think we pay her and not get the service we are supposed to. I would not recommend her business to anyone.
