I only have very good things about Beavercreek Health and Rehab. The staff is so caring. They go beyond their duty. Therapy people are dedicated to give my mom her therapy. Everybody is cheerful, positive and just so lovely. The facility is clean and smells good. I'm glad we moved my mom to BHR. God bless everyone. Thank you so much. (My mother in law and brother in law were also residents of this facility several years ago. It was nice even then.)

If you love ANYONE in your family, DO NOT PUT THEM IN HERE!!!! They will not change clothes or diapers, my grandmother laid in feces for over 45 mins and that was after she asked her nurse to be changed... Clothes will only be changed if you personally do it, and once your ready to take your loved home they will try to contest it until the insurance is ran up on the allotted days they can be there... They want MONEY, they are understaffed and highly overrated... This is our personal experience with this facility. Please be advised, you will absolutely regret putting anyone you care about here! This facility needs shut down, it just keeps going under " new management" and the same cycle keeps repeating ... They have also been reported to the state as well for mistreatment....

My father has been here for about three weeks and so far it seems to be a really nice facility. He complains about the food, but that is more so because he eats very unhealthy compared to the food he gets. They also give smaller portions than he is used to. I gave a 4 star review and not a 5 star review because I have not heard from any doctors or a social worker regarding my father (who suffered a stroke) and his progress. I go just about every night and speak with the nighttime staff, but they are limited in the information they can give (such as my father’s BIMS score at intake, if he even had one). The staff puts up with my father very well (he’s not the easiest person to take care of) and his needs are taken care of. Way to go, Beavercreek Health and Rehab!

My grandpa has been there for right over a month, he’s has lost over 30 pounds, they refuse to change his clothes, only time he gets changed is if we personally do it. Today they had to send him to the hospital. He’s completely bed ridden and doesn’t ask for a thing. Today they forgot to put his oxygen back on (again) and he said he pushed his button and called out for help for about 40 minutes and no one came, so he tried to reach his oxygen himself because he was struggling to breath and he fell. The nurses said they have no idea how long he had been lying there before they found him and he’s doesn’t remember either. We have no idea yet if he hit his head or if anything is broken yet. Why is every nursing home around here like this? Not asking for much but basic care and can’t even get that!! So far 2 fractured ribs
