{{{Under New management}}} beware, rent and fee increases yet quality and safety continues to decrease! Not a pleasant, safe and especially not clean environment, extremely disappointed in this company. They don't return calls-- they currently have bed bugs and have known for several weeks and still yet to get any treatments or implement preventive measures to stop the spread. Ashamed that I have a loved one living here, astonishing that our elders are being neglected!

This place has been ruined since new management has stepped in. There is a run down camper parked out front stealing power from the main building. Management will do nothing about this situation. There is also a BED BUG infestation. They have known for 6 weeks. The only thing done was one laundry room was locked (leaving the others open of course). And now they’ve finally scheduled a bug person to come out and wait another two weeks. I am extremely upset with Trinity. You are charging your residents so much money for trashy campers, and bed bugs. I absolutely do NOT recommend living here or letting your loved ones live here.

The new manager Andy is trying to scam my father out of 3 grand. She said he ruined the carpet and there was a strong toxic moldy smell coming from his apartment and the hallway and so I went to check it out and there was no toxic or moldy smell in the hallway or his apartment and the carpet was perfectly fine. He had a grease fryer out and the apartment smelled like grease! I tried telling her this but she won’t listen and maybe be considerate to the fact that she might be wrong on this one she won’t give me the owners number and was threatening to give my dad another lease violation if I didn’t call her back because I guess she left me a message and I wasn’t getting back to her fast enough and she was just going to take it out on my father. Idk I am beyond furious on this one, I wish whoever moves in here very good luck you will need it.

For the price, you will not find a better community to call home in the area! The campus is beautiful with gorgeous views, especially on the exterior of campus, and it is in a wonderful location. Rent starts at $805 a month and there is a real sense of community at Trinity Fairwood. The people are very kind, the building is well maintained even if it isn’t brand new with the most modern finishings, community spaces are clean, well lit, and smell pleasant, and there is a real sense of community among residents living there 🥰
