My mother was a resident of The Ashford of Beavercreek from December 2025 till her passing in June 2026. She was supported with assisted living for most of her stay, and required a shift to memory care support for the last two months of her life. We chose The Ashford for its clean and maintained condition, but we soon learned that its true strength is in its caring staff. The last few chaotic months of my Moms life were made better and comfortable by the compassion offered by the all the staff in the memory care facility. In particular, I would like to offer my sincere gratitude to the Brandi, Assistant Director of Care and Keely, one of the PCA’s working with Mom. Both dealt with Mom’s fears and confusion with sympathy and compassion and care. Brandi, Keely and the whole Memory Care Facility and staff gave my Mom a better last few months than she would otherwise have had; and for that I am Thankful. I would also like to complement Barbie, the Business Manager and Anna the front Desk Manager for their kind words, their smiles and the comfort and support they provided my Mom; and to me too! What warm souls they are. Thanks as well to Rachel the Senior Living Advisor for all her guidance through this whole process. Her kind spirit helped us navigate through our decisions. The staff at The Ashford worked flawlessly with Day City Hospice to meet the needs of my Mom in her last few weeks. The physical, emotional and spiritual support given to Mom and her family by both these two organizations will never be forgotten. I was blessed to have been a part of that great team.
