I loved the service because they treated my loved one like she was family, the services provided was so appreciated by the whole family even to a point we kept adding hours because of the great service, I highly recommend them for the love and care they provided.

Families should be very careful when using Synergy HomeCare to support their loved ones.<br><br>My family used this company multiple times to assist my mother-in-law during a difficult period, and initially we had a positive experience with a caregiver we trusted. When that caregiver became unavailable due to illness, the company sent a replacement caregiver.<br><br>Unfortunately, our experience with the replacement caregiver was extremely concerning. We believe items went missing from my in-laws’ home, and the caregiver also expressed interest in purchasing some of their valuable personal belongings. This made my father-in-law uncomfortable, and he asked her to leave the home.<br><br>Shortly afterward, the caregiver reported to the agency that the home was infested with mice and allegations were made that resulted in a state investigation for possible elder abuse. The state conducted an evaluation of the home and found no evidence of elder abuse.<br><br>I contacted Synergy HomeCare to file a complaint because I felt these allegations were retaliatory after my father-in-law asked the caregiver to leave. While I appreciate the importance of reporting concerns about vulnerable adults, I was disappointed by how this situation was handled and by the stress it caused our family.<br><br>This was our experience, and I encourage other families to carefully evaluate caregivers and maintain close oversight when arranging home care services for their loved ones.

I’ve been using Synergy Homecare now for two years and I was compelled to share my feedback with anyone who is considering or wants to have the right Backup Care for their parents. Synergy Homecare is highly attentive to customer needs, professional throughout the process and most importantly, consistent with the right level of care.
