They are the best! They flex as fast and as much as our needs do. The office staff have been great, very caring and patient as they handle all the facets of our caregiving needs. Thomas Neely of Synergy is a pleasure to work with. He has played music for our residents and they love it. He diligently checks in with us to see if we need any services with Synergy. He does a personal introduction with his clients when they get a new caregiver. This can only make them feel better about a new person coming into their home. He is old school polite, writes thank you cards and follows up! If his caregivers emulate his integrity and character then you are sure to get a good one!
