Crystal, the head nurse, and the Aids are the best. The Therapy Department works hard to help my sister regain her strength back. Though the food is not gourmet, it is balanced. I have had other loved ones at this establishment in years past. However, in my opinion, there has definitely been an upgrade!

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at Symphony at Aria. Understaffed and unresponsive to patient needs. I only saw my attending physician two times and getting my medications right was extremely difficult. Look for better options when looking for a rehab facility. This is a nursing home. I will never go back there if I am in a position requiring rehab services again. I saw the photos here on Google but don't be mislead... The building is old, rooms are cramped and overall the place is beginning to look rundown due to lack of maintenance.

I had the opportunity to witness wonderful patient care at Aria. A patient was being transported from Aria to a nursing home in Birmingham, Alabama. Being that this was going to be a long transport, the nurse packed more than enough essentials to make sure the patient would be comfortable during her trip. She stayed with the patient and comforted the family until the patient was ready to be transported. This nurse is one example of great care Aria offers. Keep up the great work Aria and kudos to hiring amazing staff members for great patient care!

When my dad first arrived there, I felt a moderate level of comfort regarding his care. Later, he was admitted to longterm care and everything started to decline. My family informed the pertinent staff of his current medical condition, they staff ignored us. The tumor had been left untreated and has now grown beyond treatment. Yesterday, he started vomiting uncontrollably. The nurses placed him in bed, placed a sheet under his chin, and propped a pillow behind him so that he'd tilt to the side, then left the room. Needless to say, it did not work. When in my sister arrived, he was on his back with vomit cascading down his front. I thank God that he did not choke. In addition, to their lack of attention to medical needs, the staff is very careless the the patients personal needs and property.

I was referred to Aria for 10 days of rehab for a hip replacement. My positive experience was largely resulting from the very professional and competent staff. Generally caring for the ill, especially the elderly, can be challenging and one that can lead to the staff becoming cold and short tempered. I didn’t observe, or experience, this at any time. Everyone caring for me, from nurses and doctors to the cleaning staff, were polite, skillful and patient with me despite my periods of anger over my situation. The staff represented the brand very well.
