Sycamore Terrace

Sycamore Terrace is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors aged 62 and older and disabled adults over 18, located in Upland, California. The community comprises 100 one-bedroom apartments situated about a mile from historic downtown Upland, providing residents convenient access to the library, post office, senior center, and other local amenities.

The community supports resident wellbeing through on-site services including a service coordinator who connects residents to community and medical services. This staffing enables residents to navigate healthcare and community resources more effectively while aging in place.

Pets are welcome at Sycamore Terrace, including common household pets and service or assistance animals. Pet rules are maintained to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all residents, covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas. Service and assistance animals are exempt from pet rules, though residents remain responsible for proper care and waste disposal. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including individual apartments and all common areas.
