Heritage is located in downtown Upland, which makes it a little easier for my mother‘s family and friends to stop by and check on her.<br>Heritage has a lot of character could use a facelift or an update to its facilities but what is there is what’s needed to get your loved one through Their situation whatever that might be.<br>What’s lacking in the curb appeal is made up by the personality and knowledge of the nurses that are on staff as well as Non-medical staffing everybody seems to be in a good mood and more than willing to help.<br>Food is prepared to your liking. All in all, it’s a good place to Rebuild what’s needed.

Very disappointed with this facility. My aunt has been living there for quite some time and has experienced multiple falls. Each time, the staff’s response has been that she does not ask for assistance. Unfortunately, she recently suffered another fall that resulted in a broken knee, and she is currently in the ICU.<br><br>Whenever we ask how these incidents happened, we are repeatedly told it was her fault for not asking for help. I would not recommend this place for your loved ones. While some nurses are patient and caring, many seem unconcerned, and unfortunately, we have not felt supported by the doctors either.
