My mother recently spent almost a month at Swan Lake Rehabilitation Center, and I cannot say enough good things about her experience. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with kindness, compassion, and respect. The physical therapy team was outstanding and helped her make tremendous progress. She also loved the activities and social atmosphere, which kept her engaged, active, and happy throughout her stay. What truly stood out was the incredible nursing staff and nursing administration. They consistently went above and beyond to answer our questions, address concerns, and make sure both my mother and our family felt informed and supported every step of the way. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. It was clear that they truly cared about her well-being and recovery. The nurses, aides, therapists, activity staff, and administration all worked together to create a positive, welcoming environment. In fact, my mother enjoyed her time there so much that she didn't want to come home when it was time to be discharged—and she still talks about wanting to go back to visit! That says a lot about the quality of care and the wonderful people who work there. Thank you to everyone at Swan Lake for making such a positive difference in my mother's recovery. We are truly grateful for the exceptional care she received and highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation services.
