First of all the Surprise health and rehabilitation center has such an amazing, loving, caring staff. We've recommended the center to family members and friends. We will never go anywhere else from now on. We we're always treated like family and never once we're we treated badly or disregarded. I would like to name some people that really stood out and deserves a pay raise: in the kitchen there's Thomas, Miguel, Mario, and Andrea. Then there's the CNA's: Paige, Alyssa, Pedro, Mikia. Also you have the Therapists: Gina, Rosie, Emily, Hannah. Now let's name the Ma's, LPN's a

My stay has been easier because on attention to detail and listening to my concerns. Paige was consistent with follow-up to my well being which gave me peace and comfort. She made s ure to work with OT to execute shower and the special order support stockings as soon as they were available. Thanks

The moment my mother arrived was the moment our lives changed. I was nervous about transferring my mother to Surprise as she was in a different rehabilitation center for almost a year with no progress. Chris the liaison for Surprise reassured us Surprise had the best staff. He did not disappoint. Thank you Chris, we made the best decision for my mom. To all the staff at Surprise Rehabilitation that showed kindness, compassion and patience to my mom. Please know with all my heart you truly are hero’s. I understand we all have lives outside of work but you all are exceptional in showing up everyday with dedication to caring for those that can’t care for themselves. Thank you to all of you, because of you my mom is coming home after more than a year in rehabilitation. She was with Surprise for a couple months and within those months Surprise worked with my mom to have her trac.removed and help her walk again. I never thought I’d get to see this day happen but you made it all possible. May God truly bless you all. Please please never change, keep being hero’s for people. To the owner of this facility please know your staff are miracle workers. From the front desk staff, therapists, nurses, doctors, staff in the business office (Claudia and ‘J’) to the cleaning and cooking staff, to everyone who makes things possible. With all my heart thank you. My words can’t express my gratitude.

everyone treated. me very kind, would come in and talk to me about anything.Adam was very nice but worked me hard. the lady from the lunchroom came in everyday to take my order and suggested things to eat. The food was very good. The last. days I was able to go anywhere I wanted. Everyone treated my husband very nice. The only problem was the guys doing construction across the street parked in the rehab lot everyday, making it hard to find parking for people visiting.

We love the people at Surprise Health & Rehab. Our PT Kaylie was great at keeping my husband & me on track with our exercises. Andrea & Ethan took our meal orders & served delicious food; our CNA's were fantastic: Ray, Lorraine, Skye, Ruth, Zennia,Judy, and others. And, then the nurses: Tammie, Maria, Kelly, Tonya, Vanessa, and more delivered our medicines. Maria is a wonderful activities director who kept us busy; even, the housekeeping staff had time for a smile and hello. This is a wonderful facility in which to heal. My husband & I were in the same room and it helped us in our healing. We both recommend Surprise Health & Rehab. Thanks to Laura and Angela for your help. Linda & Gary
