Although facility has been notified numerous times to remove my personal cell number from their phone list, I continue to receive phone calls from hospitals, family members, and other facilities regarding the residents at this facility. I have never worked for Robin's Landing. If this is they way they prefer to conduct business, heaven help your loved ones. Very unprofessional!<br><br>Update 09/18/2024<br>Issue has been rectified.

The Activity Director, head Chef, and staff treat me like a King here! The Caregivers are all so kind and care for me like I am a part of their family. The residents help each other and there are no cliques. I can't say enough about how wonderful Sunset Woods is! This is the fourth community I have lived at and have found my home at Sunset Woods! I also enjoy their garden club and nature in their backyard.

This place is the worst . The cook doesn’t wash his hands after using the bathroom and scratching himself , the people on third shift sleep through there shift it is sooo understaffed, very unprofessional my mom is ALWAYS SOAKED
