My dad has been at Sunset Estates for 10+ months. Although we (husband & I) were a little skeptical during our 1st visit, it looked a bit shop worn, after speaking with Debby & Clint, we gave Sunset Estates more serious consideration. We looked at four (4) other places. Some nicer, some worse. We spoke with several local folks regarding their experiences with nursing homes. And their reviews to us was very favorable. My dad is 96.5 yrs old and he is very happy there. He's well taken care of, everything he needs is there, staff calls me with any medication changes or updates/health issues. He sees his doctor every month. They take him to his medical appointments. I can't say enough good, positive things about Sunset Estates. And yes, they are making much needed improvements every where in the facility. We're blessed to have this senior care facility right here in Purcell. (I only gave a 4 of 5 rating because there is always room for improvement, no place is perfect but Sunset Estates is a very high 4+ rating!)

My grandmother is in this nursing home. The outside looks nice, the inside looks like it was built in the 50s and nothing has been done to it since. The walls are filthy. No renovations. Plus her cell phone disappeared and now her hearing aids have come up missing.

My mother has been a resident here for a year. She is well cared for, feels safe and loved by the staff. We visited several places before bringing her here and very pleased with the decision. Any concerns or questions are addressed immediately. Administrator (Debbie) does a great job as well as the staff. Residents are given choices at meal time which makes meals enjoyable. Thanks for a caring team.
