On first visit the nurse did not know HOW to change a colostomy bag. A family member had to show her. On second visit the nurse told patient that she would not do it. Third visit she called and canceled due to 1 inch of snow. At 9:00 am the roads were clear but wet but they were no way a problem to drive on them. I clearly would NOT recommend Loving Care in Noble Oklahoma for Home Health!! Sad that there no pride in home Care to elderly patients that live by their self.

They are awesome. We are lucky to have Courtney as our nurse. She is super nice and easy to talk to. Even after we switch to hospice, she still keeps in touch and care about us. We love her! And by any chance her boss sees this, you might want to give her a raise to keep her, cause she is definitely one of the best RNs I have seen. :)
