Rose Weaver, the owner, truly leads with compassion and understanding—not only toward the clients we serve but also toward her caregivers. She recognizes hard work and dedication, often providing bonuses, raises when they are earned, and additional hours when they are needed. Her leadership shows that she values and appreciates the people who work with her. What stands out most is how supportive she is during difficult times. If a caregiver is going through something personally, Rose is always willing to listen, work with you, and help however she can. Rose is so kind and attentive, and she has been taking care of my dad three times a week for several weeks now. I live two hours away from my dad and it gives me an incredible peace of mind knowing she gives him his meds, cooks for him, helps out with laundry and his two little dogs, plus other things like taking him out to lunch or getting a haircut. We don’t anticipate dad ever driving again, so Rose will be a huge part of our family going forward. She is highly recommended if you need this kind of care for your parents
