Hell no don't make a mistake and even consider moving your loved ones there. They keep what they put in storage for you. They kept my brand new set of luggage I ask for so many times. And if you call the police to file a report you'll never get your items back. Please stay away from this place. The facility is full of bed bugs and cockroaches. They can't keep employees due to conditions and management. DON'T EVEN CONSIDER MOVING TO THIS SO CALLED FACILITY.

Ok,I was at this so called imitation assisted living holding cell for two mmonths.Yes, there are very few careing help like a lot ALFs but because of the placese written policy of the Suncoast Retreats aare not yes not responsaable for their empployees meaning if an employee steals your priceless belongings or your money you are at a real loss. Also I had been eaten up by the many roaches in the very very small room. My leg s blew up real large and my left leg was eaten upp with holes off thee small roaches. While there I caught Lenoma a deadly cough from thee residence. It was a real nervee racking two months. Tthank you for reading this awful visit ttoo Suncoat Retreats. AL

420 friendly but Such a low class location! Great place with no stupervision most of the time. End of a dark road and can get hooked up at the end of the st at dollargeneral or from staff. No issues having friends stop by and even stay the night if wanted.

This facility is not worth the $3,000+ starting price for your family member to live here. Facility is understaffed with a random mix of psychiatric, memory care, and full assist patients who are able to wander freely and frequently end up outside of the home and put themselves in danger because the facility is unlocked 24/7. That also means random people off the street can walk right on in whenever they want without being questioned. Patients hide their own medications (usually pain medications) and are able to acquire alcohol as well and we aren't just talking about a bottle of wine here and there either leading to accidental overdoses being commonplace. The place is dirty and always smells of old urine along with all rooms being shared and are too small to be comfortable. Staff typically have no idea what is wrong with their patients if they even know who they are and send them to be evaluated sometimes multiple times in a week at the ER carelessly. If you truly love your family member and want the best care for them PLEASE AVOID THIS FACILITY.
