The office staff are extremely helpful. This includes Hailey, Liz, Michelle, Melanie, Amber and Cindy. They take their time to make sure everything is complete for the care of your loved one. They also answered all of our many questions. These ladies have been prepared properly by the administrator who helps them keep their ducks in a row. We like how they occasionally walk the halls and check on things to help keep things in order. The nurses are average and work hard as you can expect in this type of establishment. Thank you for recognizing the dedicated employees. Thank you from Lynnette Shoap and Donna Shoap family of Linda Walker.

I'm so thankful for this facility! The girls in the admission office were so pleasant! Amber is always smiling no matter what time I see her. I'm so thankful for the therapy team because the difference between him in the hospital to now going home...I just have no words (miracle is as close as i could describe). And the administrator of the rehabilitation was very nice and listened to my concerns and even followed up with us after he discharged! Just an all around good rehabilitation center!

I don't understand or believe that these postive reviews are by actual people. My father was in this place for 2 months and it was horrible. They had a physcial therpaist watching 5 different people and not even paying arttention. She was too worried about promoting her makeup line online rather than helping the patients. 1 hour of therapy for my father wss 5 minutes. During the day my mother stayed with him so he was okay but at night he would call me in the middle fo the night all hours believing he was drugged and talking funny. When he came home he was back to himself. They wouldn't bath him for days. When the State showed up one day everyone was in their best behavior watching the patients. Please don't ever send your loved one there. I sat all day with him until visiting hours ended. In response to your reply, I am 100% certain that this is your establishment. I have copies of my father being there and am in complete confidence that while his therapy sesisons took place, one of your employees was busy lauching her makeup line rather than attending to him and other patients. My mother sat there all day from open to close with him so yes, this is the place of business i am referreing to.

My mother had to come for rehab after a hip replacement. Our experience her was excellent. Staff was attentive to her needs and answered all of our questions. The rehab team was encouraging and motivated her in a positive way. I highly recommend this rehab to anyone in need.

Two other gals and myself delivered lap quilts to some of the residents there today. We were so pleased with the facility. It was very clean and no odor. The residents were dressed and looked well cared for. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It was such a nice experience.
