The place looks nice and clean, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.<br><br>We experienced repeated issues with communication and care. We were often unable to speak with or receive a call back from the head nurse regarding numerous clinical concerns, missed medications, and issues that were not reported to us. The facility also appeared to be short-staffed, and it often seemed as though the med techs were running the place rather than the appropriate nursing staff. Even some of the caregivers did not seem engaged or attentive.<br><br>The one bright spot was the man at the reception desk. He repeatedly tried to help us and was genuinely responsive when we needed assistance.<br><br>Ultimately, this was not the level of care or communication we signed up for, and we decided to leave. Please do your research and look carefully at your options before choosing this facility. In healthcare, cheaper is not always better—and in our experience, you get what you pay for. Keep looking.
