During my stay here at Charlotte Bay, I have discovered that there are good and bad here. Nurse Joan, Nurse Assistants Janette, Annette, Diane were great. The physical and occupational therapy personnel are also great. Alex, Diane, June, Isaac and Alfredo especially. They listen to you and work on your needs and concerns. My biggest complaint is dietary dept. I'm a diabetic and the only food choices for me was to have me on a carb control diet. They have very little options for a diabetic to eat. Besides that they would bring foods such as bananas, oranges, deserts, sugar packets, orange juice, etc with no substitutes but what they advertised on the back of the menu of food that was being made that day. I have spoke to management Suzanne several times and was told they really dont have a menu for diabetics. I asked for chicken, turkey or fish. The processed foods affect my sugar because of the enriched unnatural food. I Ask for turkey burger and I get a turkey sandwhich on white bread. I just can't believe that I'm the only diabetic to ever set foot in this place. Concerns were brought up several times and I've been here almost a month.

I absolutely can not say enough about Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center. I had a loved one in there from Rehab to Care thru Hospice. Absolutely everyone smiled, greeted you from Natalie and Jean at the door all the way thru. They doctored a wound that usually never heal from the size of your hand down to smaller than the palm she just didn't live long enough to heal. She was 95, couldn't see, hear or walk. They were wonderful. Clean, caring, kept me informed. I would give a 10 if I could for caring for her. Oh, she liked the food. They accomidated her religious diet and when she needed special They made it happen. Love them all especially Chris. Hugs

My sister had inpatient physical therapy at Charlotte Bay Rehab and we were very pleased with her care. The PTs and OTs helped her come a long way! Thank you very much.

Charlotte Bay Rehab failed my grandmother. She was neglected—left unadjusted, not properly cared for, and critical medical needs were ignored. When I found her, she was in septic shock with dangerously low hemoglobin; the hospital said she would have died within hours if I hadn’t intervened. She passed away shortly after. This facility’s negligence cost her life. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I could give 10⭐️⭐️⭐️. I had my mother transfer from another facility to Charlotte Bay a few months back and I can say this place is amazing. The care, attention to detail, cleanliness and professionalism is a step above the rest. In the short time my mother has been there all the staff have grown a close affection for her. This past weekend was her birthday and we had a lot of family coming to visit from out of town. Victoria the activity coordinator at Charlotte Bay offered us a beautiful conference room for us to celebrate my mothers birthday and spend time with family, I don’t know of any other place that would do that. Also when we return on Sunday for some of the family to say goodbye the staff was super attentive always making sure there was extra chairs in the room and everyone was comfortable. My mother is very happy there and the family was very impressed with the place in general. They also mentioned that they have never visited a rehab/ nursing home place that was that clean and smell that good. We all want the best for our love ones and I feel blessed to have found this place.
