I certainly would not recommend this place at all..we chose this place by the reviews and honestly I don't know how anyone could give it a good review! The only good thing about the place is it didn't smell. The food was terrible and you weren't even given a drink with your meal you had to ask. Village should be ashamed of what they serve..They had the wrong med list from fawcett hospital and it took days to get that right and even after we werw told they stopped give my sister a med she was taken off 3 months ago they were still giving it to her..my sister was there 15 days and had 2 showers. I had to call for her to get the 3rd shower before she came home. And when you needed the nurse and pushed the button if they even came it was 45 minutes later.

Terrible place... please do not allow anyone you love to go here. My mother went there after a fall and when I came down for a week and was there in person it was fine. Went home to NC and terrible. No one will call you back. The director and case worker are very uncaring people. The only people that seem to care are the aides. My mom died 6 weeks after getting there from an untreated UTI, pneumonia and sepsis. The only time they called was when the caseworker Sharon called weeks later to say they had my mom's hearing aide which they never even noticed if she had or not and called after she died? Then sent bills after they got alot from Medicare. If I could give zero stars I would. Awful place and please don't give me your Village Place AI generated response. Have you ever offered any condolences to any family members whom loved ones have died in your care? It's been 7 months since my mom passed and never anything but a bill. You should be ashamed. Again don't need your AI response.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care and therapy that my Mother has received. CNA's, nurses, doctors and our wonderful PT Amanda. And a special thanks to aides,Tracy and Kelly. Mom loves you two! Top notch assistance from Social services and business office, Jon and Shane. Excellent facilities.

All i can say this facility is beautiful inside and out! Victoria in admissions is very communicative and reassuring, i appreciate her taking the time to help me get comfortable with sending my loved one here. so far the care has been great!

Went in for a tour for my mother. I was greeted by Vanessa in admissions. I was honestly left in aw about her customer service. Her friendliness and compassion is really a 10/10. She really helped me put my mind at ease. I was also impressed that the facility was very clean, it looks amazing! It was refreshing to hear Vanessa greet all residents by name… that really is hard to come by. I definitely know I am making the right decision and picking the perfect place for my mother.
