So incredibly happy with my physical therapist. Kristi goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best care possible. She is always on time and works well with my doctor. Even when my health insurance makes things difficult she does everything she can to make sure I'm safe and have the equipment I need. I definitely feel like she cares and treats me as a friend rather than just a number.

Today is 2 weeks Ive eaited for tgrm to come help me with my surgical wound. No phone call, nothing. Honestly I dont even want them coming to my home now. Brenda South
