Gallatin Rehabilitation Center has been a safe haven, and blessing for my family. My wife had a stroke on December 7th, of 2025. After being transferred from another facility, we landed here. The staff, and the Dr.s, have done a phenomenal job, caring for my wife! They are now all our family! The love, and great kindness shown to us, has been nothing short of amazing! I can't thank them enough, for caring for the most important person, in my life!

Me and a friend visited my uncle on Sunday who is there for physical therapy. To say I was shocked at what was going on in that place is an understatement. It is a busy place with what looks like different kinds of patients there on the newer section of the building. There was a nurse running around trying to help the patients with different things and give medicine out while she was doing the other staff work. There was a man there visiting and he was picking with this nurse constantly about some medicine for his dad. I heard her explaining it was too early in a very polite and professional way. But every time she was close to him in the hallway or by the room he would make smart remarks that was out of line. This man was calling her racial slurs and making vulgar sexually inappropriate and aggressive comments and cursing at this lady when all she was trying to do was her job without anybody help. He even spit at her but thankfully he missed!! I was scared he was going to hit her or worse!!! This all happened after myself and some patients saw this nurse being physically attacked by a patient who seemed to be hearing voices. There was staff around but nobody helped this nurse at all. If you have a loved one in this place or loved one that work here please make sure they can defend they self if need be. I was scared for that nurse and the patients. To the man acting so high and mighty making inappropriate and violent comments check yourself!!!! If that was my mama or aunty you would be singing a different tune. To the staff just acting like this is business as usual you should be ashamed! Your patients was also being traumatized. Please rethink letting your families and friends go here. If at all possible pick a different place. It’s supposed be a safe place to heal but things you hear all through the years are true!!! Stay far away!!!!

I’m a caregiver and my clients got sent here and only had 1 bath in the whole month that she spent there! This place needs to shut down. Please never sent your loved one here cause they will not be taken care of.

I was visiting my mother in law while she was there and everyone was super helpful and very kind and patient with my mother in law. The lady that does the transporting back and forth to doctor appointments for the patients was super friendly and seemed to really care for the patients. Her name Amanda! I hope she reads this review and knows just how much we appreciate her.
