My family’s experience with this assisted living facility has been very positive. The staff are consistently kind, patient, and attentive, and they treat residents with genuine respect. The building is clean and well-maintained, and there’s a strong sense of safety and comfort. I also appreciate the variety of activities offered, which help keep residents engaged and social. Communication with our family has been clear and timely. Overall, we feel confident that our loved one is in good hands here.

Her kindness, patience, and genuine compassion make such a difference every single day. She takes the time to connect with residents on a personal level, and it really shows in the smiles and sense of comfort everyone has around her. I can’t say enough great things about this assisted living community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how warm and welcoming the environment is—not just for the residents, but for their families too. The staff truly go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, supported, and cared for during what can be a difficult transition. What really stands out is how attentive and compassionate the team is. They treat residents with dignity and respect, and they always take the time to communicate with families, which gives so much peace of mind. A special shoutout to Nancy—she is absolutely amazing. She genuinely cares about her residents and advocates for them every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well, but who will truly fight for the well-being and happiness of the people in her care. Her dedication does not go unnoticed. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated like family, this community is it. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Service and Exceptional Advocacy Rhonda Madrid, Communication Relations Director at Studio Royale, provided truly outstanding service during a critical and time-sensitive situation. What could have taken weeks was accomplished in just a matter of days due to Rhonda’s persistence, expertise, and unwavering commitment to patient care. Rhonda—along with her assistant, Nancy—went far above and beyond expectations to coordinate the transfer of a patient from a rehabilitation facility to an in-care facility with remarkable speed and efficiency. Their responsiveness, clear communication, and hands-on approach made an incredibly stressful process seamless and reassuring. It is rare to encounter professionals who not only understand the system so thoroughly but also advocate so passionately for the people they serve. Rhonda and Nancy’s dedication, professionalism, and compassion made a meaningful difference when it mattered most. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
