Care is unexpectedly terrible and the patients are harassed! There is no true nursing care! Just nonregerested individuals with NO creditantials. Patients are harassed by other patients! Totally despicable! Mary Mastrovich

Nathaniel, the Executive Director, is super friendly and always on top of things. Dylan, the Activities Director, brings so much energy and keeps everyone involved and having fun. The staff are nice, the place is clean, and there’s always something going on. It’s a really positive environment and you can tell the residents are happy here. I would recommend this place.

Please be careful with this place. A friend was told that they would expedite her insurance coverage from private to California-based which would reduce her monthly pay from $3500 to a co-pay of $1400. That’s includes half a hotel room, three meals a day, and group walks to places like Taco Bell. Days after she was promised that, the expediting process had not been initiated. The *slick* marketing woman denied that she quoted us the co-pay fee for September.. So my friend is responsible for the astronomical amount next month. Besides the tour, please visit the location on your own. “Low-income” doesn’t have to mean reduced dignity or questionable promises.

I’m not typically one to leave reviews, but Savant in Santa Monica makes you want to share your experience with the world. I’ve always been so selective with who I decide to work with, especially as a fellow healthcare worker. I have nothing but great experiences from the initial admission process to the tour, and attention they’ve shown my residents. All residents that have transferred to this location have loved the attentive and informative staff. Yesenia in particular, is hands down the sweetest and most hands on person I’ve ever worked with. She will ensure not only is your loved one safe and supported but know they are always welcome to come to her for support and guidance. Apart from the prime location and beautiful/clean rooms, you’ll be pleasantly surprised the people match the environment.

My husband has been residing at Savant of Santa Monica. I cannot say enough about the staff who are the heart of this place. They are caring, attentive, and support residents well-being. The maintenance team works consistently to create a welcoming environment. They have been very attentive to assisting my husband as well when he needed a bed table assembled and when there is a maintenance issue. The housekeeping staff is also very attentive and focused on the cleanliness of the environment. The nursing staff and medication assistants have also been invaluable in helping me understand how to best support my husband’s needs. Whenever I reach out, they provide thoughtful, helpful guidance. The kitchen provides tasty meals and alternative choices for those who prefer something different from the scheduled menu. The doctors' group associated with the facility has been supportive as well, working with us to meet my husband’s unique needs. Overall, I am deeply appreciative of the kindness, dedication, and conscientious care provided by everyone at Savant of Santa Monica. Martha
