Stratford Pines is a very well maintained facility, it is always clean and taken care of. There is a great sense of community between staff and residents. I would absolutely feel comfortable with having my family members taken care of here.

This is one of the cleanest facilities I have ever worked at. The staff is so attentive and kind toward the residents. Most of all you get a warm greeting and a smile when you enter the building. It’s all about what’s best for your loved one here. Not what works for us.

I had to move my mother there after her heart attack to be closer to me. She had lived on her own at 96, had her own home her own set of friends. It was traumatic for all of us. Stratford understood what was going on my life and hers. It took awhile for mom to adjust, but she did! She loves it there, everyone is like family, which is great! She enjoys the trips, the activities and the food! I’ve had other experiences in the area, revisited and I knew they were the one! They listen to your concerns and hers. They keep me informed when I ask. She doesn’t look like 96 nor acts 96…I think she still has a few good years there to come! They are our family!
