Mostly really awesome staff. Very clean and rarely any odors. Lovely courtyard. Like all nursing facilities are assisted living facilities, they are understaffed. But try their best. Rooms very small for two residents, with two TVs, for what it costs. No recliners, you either sit in a wheelchair, your bed, or a regular chair. Also, room for one or two guests which could bother your roommate. There is only one lounge to have family visits. And that accommodates one or maybe 2 families. Food is what you would expect, occasionally really good, but mostly average and doesn't always follow the published menu. They do have an alternative menu choice. Not always warm. Food staff very nice. There seems to be a lot of room rotation for residents for various reasons. Seems like you are there long enough, your room should be your room. Physical therapists are also really nice, but rehab is not targeted enough towards your specific needs to go home. Charged for physical therapist and occupational therapist for the same, 45 minutes. So if you get 10 hours of therapy a week with your insurance, that likely means you're going to get 5 actual hours minus the time for the paperwork. If you're there long enough, time itself will heal you and you leave on your own accord...or not. That said, I did not worry excessively for any of the several family members who did happen to be here. You can stop by anytime of day or night.
