Not as helpful as they make you believe, but very beautiful and it's in a higher end of town with an amazing location everything is newly remodeled, the scenoria no matter your apartment is located on the property, wild animals, deer raccoons, ect., the wild life is amazing to watch!! And shout out to the KITCHEN staff y'all know who u r!!??!! Y'all have went above and beyond because u truly cared and u were his 80% when he could only give 20% of himself!! You r the definition of the most caring and helpful stuff and sometimes it is those little things like watering his plant while he's hospitalized.... (Michaela) I'm so sorry if that isn't the right spelling girl! 🫤🫶 And the taller with shorter dark hair girl and the and just Soo sweet always help dad that means the world to all of us not just my family but everyone's!!!

StoryPoint Strongsville is a beautiful, well maintained community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Ansleigh at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, creating a great first impression, and Jamie does an excellent job leading the team and making sure everything runs smoothly. The staff truly care about the residents, and it shows in the clean environment, engaging activities, and overall positive energy throughout the building. It’s a place where people can feel comfortable, connected, and genuinely enjoy their day to day life.

My father has lived at Storypoint for over 3 years now. It was an adjustment at first, but he has settled in. The staff is wonderful. Jamie and her team are kind and helpful to the residents. The facility is newly updated and fresh looking. The food is good, and most of all we appreciate knowing that our loved one is not alone. My father has friends he sees every day, who look after each other. Thanks Storypoint!
