About Stonemere Rehabilitation Center

Stonemere Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Frisco, Texas, with capacity for 136 residents. The center serves patients recovering from strokes, falls, surgery, and other acute health events requiring post-hospital rehabilitation and nursing care.

Families consistently praise the attentiveness and warmth of the staff, with particular recognition for caregivers who go beyond routine tasks, one family noted that certain staff members provide "loving positive feedback" and perform unrequested kindnesses like fetching packages and laying out clothes. Physical and occupational therapy outcomes are highlighted positively, with families describing marked improvements in mobility and mental clarity after admission. The facility maintains cleanliness and organization throughout. However, reviews reveal inconsistency: some families experienced excellent coordination and communication across shifts, while others reported gaps in medication administration, documentation accuracy, and care quality during evenings and weekends when senior management is absent.

Stonemere holds a 4.7 out of 5 star rating based on 485 Google reviews. The breadth of feedback suggests strong individual caregiver performance in some cases alongside systemic concerns about oversight and accountability during certain hours and shifts.

She is perfect for the receptionist position. She is willing to help in anyway she can.

There were two CNA's that took outstanding care my husband. Tina and Victoria were excellent taking care of his needs. We need more people like these two ladies. A big thank you to both of them.

The Stonemere has made such a difference in my father’s life. He arrived confused, unable to walk, and with difficulty swallowing. Through the incredible care and therapy he has received, he has improved exponentially! Thanks to the incredible nursing staff, speech/occupational/physical therapists and support staff, my father is so much healthier. I would recommend the Stonemere without hesitation or reservation.
