the people who work there caring for the patients are very kind and do a great job , however can't say much good about the upper management , Have been waiting since last July for balance owed back to my brother's estate .Blame it on corporate . Now more than 2 more weeks passed still no check . I would love to discuss my review once I get back what you owe .

HORRIBLE experience. My mom was there for rehab and wound care. She received very little rehab and the wounds were untreated and left exposed. She was sent to the hospital with an infection and pneumonia. Sadly she passed away a week later. We tried to pick up her belongings and was told she didn't have anything. REALLY? No clothes, shoes, cell phone? We were ignored until someone finally took the initiative to locate her belongings which eventually they did. Our mom deserved much more respect and compassion than she received at Stone.

Stone Rehabilitation has been an incredible place for my mom during a very difficult time in her health journey. After four hospital stays and two rounds of rehab in just two months, she needed a long-term care facility where she could receive both excellent medical attention and compassionate support. Stone has provided exactly that—and more. The nurses and staff are not only skilled but genuinely caring, always ensuring my mom feels comfortable and well cared for. She’s happy here (and trust me, she’s not afraid to speak up when she’s not!). I visit almost daily and continue to be amazed by the kindness and dedication of everyone I meet. She even raves about the food! Stone’s commitment to quality care is evident in so many ways. I recently ran into a former neighbor in the lobby who has worked here as a nutritionist for over 40 years and still loves her job and co-workers. A friend initially recommended Stone to us, as her own mother spent 2.5 years here and received compassionate hospice care. The leadership at Stone also stands out. The Executive Director is actively engaged—always present, interacting with staff, residents, and visitors. The fact that his own father is a resident speaks volumes about the trust he has in this facility. Just recently, my mom developed pneumonia (which happens frequently), and after past hospital stays, she would come back extremely weak. This time, within just three days at Stone, she regained her strength thanks to the exceptional care and well-managed treatment plan. We are beyond grateful to have her in such a wonderful place!

My 93 year old mother had a host of issues after a recent fall in her apartment. Her experience at Stone was wonderful, with a staff that showed real concern for her well being and a very human touch. Medical oversight was dedicated and very comprehensive, and staff were engaging and patient. No one looks forward to a stay in rehab, but Stone is highly recommended!
