One of the worst home care services around. I called on a Saturday evening to ask if they would come and see my father to check his lungs and vitals. I was told by the nurse to check his temperature and if he didn't have one he should be ok until the morning and they would send someone to see him around 8:00 am. I get a call at 9:00 am from a nurse telling me her schedule is completely booked and they can't see him until Monday. My father is extremely ill and we signed with Steward Medical to keep him out of the hospital. This company is only worried about the occupational and physical therapy portion of the program no matter how sick the individual is at the time. They have plenty of time available for appointments of that nature. The nursing portion is only secondary. The CNA's are scheduled for an hour and can barely get to your house on time and stay for 20 minutes max. They leave the dirty clothes on the floor and the bathroom in disarray. I usually don't post things like this but this service is unacceptable! Do not sign up with this company if you're relying on the visiting nurse portion and you may have an emergency outside of business hours. The nurse literally told me that if my father doesn't have an IV or catheter it's not a high priority for them. I guess the fact that my father is st end stage renal failure and has a port in chest isn't important. The worst service ever!

This has been the worst nursing service my family has every experienced. The first nurse showed up 90 minutes late, didn't have experience with the equipment prescibed, and pretty much endangered the life of my wife. She has a picc line and even before this first nurse left, we had three inches of air in the line. An air bubble in a pick line can cause a corinary embolism, otherwise known as death. From that event on things did not get better, they only got worse. Of the four different nurses over a three week period only one knew the case. The first didn't come on time, the second was a rep from the equipment manufacturer and the only good nurse, the third air bubbled the line again, and the fourth never showed up. When we called on the last one, they dropped us off the plan. These are not people you want taking care of you or a loved one. Avoid them like the plague or you may get it. Sincerely and honestly
