Went here because I needed physical therapy due to loss of feeling in my legs, feet, and hands. They had me go to PT 3 times in 3 weeks. Who’s supposed to improve with that limited amount of work? The nurses were mad when they had to do their job, dropped my medicine on the ground and still tried giving it to me. I overheard someone talking about the rat problem they have. They refused to boost my pain med because I missed a doctors appointment I didn’t know about. The CNA’s for most part were nice. But I would never recommend this place.

My brother has been in the long term care facility for a short time but the care has been excellent. The staff are kind and attentive and the building though old, is spotlessly clean. Our family is pleased with this placement.

Carvalho Grove is the worst place ever. I had worst experience with my father being in there. The place is filthy and rodents in patients rooms, cannot leave snacks on the nightstands, my father fell several times, and staff very rude and no sympathy or respect for patients or family members. I have so much to say about this place enough to write a book. Do not put your love ones in that facility otherwise they will die faster.

I can't say enough what wonderful care my father has received at Carvahlo Grove over the last 4 years. People mention to me all the time that he could be in a "nicer" facility. My answer to that is that he has received extraordinary care and support from everyone that works there: nurses, case managers, the Director of the facility (Tony), the women who deliver his meals - EVERYONE. I am so thankful for every one of them!
