I would.like to leave a 5 star review for the Business Office Manager Keisha Chase. Last week I visited my aunt and I saw one of those kindest acts from one human to another. A visitor was walking on the u it after seeing her family. While walking with some other visitors I notice a woman crying. Within a few seconds I saw a young woman coming down the hallway and she notices the woman crying. She immediately walked to her and asked what is wrong in the most aring way. The lady explained that she had not seen her dad in a while. The Business Office Manager Keisha immediately embraced her hugged her and spoke to the lady and the other people she was with. Ms. Chase embraced that family in a way that was so human and caring. I was in total awe. I have not seen such kindness and caring. Ms. Chase even told the family about the Administrator and the Director of Nursing and the standards of the facility. I now know the Administrator is a Nurse. This team of people is more than amazing The last thing that got me was at the end Ms. Chase said I love you all and there is nothing you can do about it. That moment I saw real humanity no color no economic status but care and compassion. She even made sure they had her direct number. I had to ask someone who this lady was and that's how I knew who she was. Beautiful inside and out. Sterling Care is the definition of care. Kudos to the entire organization

I visited Sterling Care - Bethesda on April 3rd and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. As soon as I entered the facility, they were hosting a special event to celebrate Easter, and I was warmly welcomed and invited to join in the festivities. It was such a thoughtful gesture that immediately set a positive tone for the entire visit. Throughout the tour, every person I encountered was kind, friendly, and helpful. The staff made me feel genuinely welcome and took the time to ensure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. It’s clear they truly care about what they do and the people they serve. Overall, it was a memorable visit filled with positive energy and genuine hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a welcoming and uplifting experience. Special thanks to Keisha Chase , Joy, Smith, Christy in rehab, and Patricia on Gateway for making the visit even more meaningful.

I feel extremely fortunate to have found Sterling Care Bethesda and Keisha Chase to help me navigate all the ins and outs of nursing facility and memory caring for my 94 year old mother after she fell and fractured her pelvis. I was stressed and worried and Keisha and the staff at Sterling Care Bethesda took the time and patience to mitigate my stress and to take me through step-by-step what Sterling Care Bethesda could offer us during such a trying time. I have nothing but immense gratitude for the amazing professionalism, understanding, patience and extraordinary soft-skills that Keisha and Sterling Care Bethesda staff bring to their careers and that they are ready to share such hard-won skills with those of us in a panic over how best to care for our aging parents. My gratitude is and will continue to be unending. A thousand thanks!

we are so thankful for Keisha Chase, The business office manager at Sterling care services in Bethesda, Maryland. Helping a 93-year-old parent through the Medicaid process can feel scary and confusing, but Keisha made it so much easier for my sister and I. She took the time to explain everything in simple terms, and never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. When we had questions, she always answered with patience and kindness. She is a true professional. She truly knows the Medicaid system inside and out, and she guided us step-by-step through what felt like a very complicated maze. We had been to several other nursing homes and no one else ever took as much time as she has to explain the process to us. Most of all, Keisha treated us with care, respect, and compassion. It’s clear she truly cares about the people she helps, not just the paperwork. We are incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her and this nursing facility to any family needing help during this stage of life. additional review after two months of care for my mother: I just want to share how thankful my sister and I are for the wonderful care my 93-year-old mother receives at Sterling Care Bethesda. From the moment she arrived, the staff has treated her like family. They are warm, kind, and truly know her by name, which means so much to us. The activity center keeps her engaged and happy, especially with bingo three times a week—it’s something she really looks forward to and it keeps her mind active. She also enjoys visits to the beauty shop where she gets her nails done and her hair cut, which always lifts her spirits. What stands out the most is the genuine kindness of everyone there. There’s always a smile, and my mom is consistently clean, comfortable, and happy. It gives us such peace of mind knowing she is in such caring and capable hands. We made a very difficult choice to place her in a nursing home but we could no longer care for her like she is being taken care of here at Sterling Care Bethesda.
