NO STARS....We have had terrible experiences with this company. First at Atria in Lakewood, Colorado. Moved our mother to Pine Grove Crossing in Parker, Colorado and then Stellar bought them. They spend money to make the facility look nice for sales, but do nothing for staffing or training. We met with management on several occasions to voice concerns, but nothing would change. We found staff members sleeping in our mom's bed during the day. Too many stories to tell here. Do not use Ovation Hospice (Stellar owned) either.

I've had the pleasure to work with Stellar Living as a vendor partner at multiple communities and I've always been impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness and how they go above and beyond to ensure success in all that they do. I have been the Life Enrichment Director in my community for 7 years before Stellar took over & I can honestly say this has been the smoothest transition we've had! Stellar was SO welcoming, accommodating & helpful to everyone including all residents, their families & made staff feel important, heard & encouraged! They came in as a team & worked tirelessly to make sure we had what we needed; their team spirit definitely shows already & I am so excited for this journey with Stellar!

Stellar is one of the best management companies for senior living! They really know how to pick their staff. The properties are always clean and there is a great feeling when you walk on the premises and when you meet the staff.
