Rachel is the best caregiver. Our grandma loves her so much. She always make sure that she is safe and things are going good for her. We really appreciate her. If you’re looking for a good caregiver, I would recommend that you call her.

Bright star has been a great partner in the care of my 97-year-old independent mother. She needs a companion more than a health aid so it has been a challenge to find the right blend of personality and skill set. Bright star provided a young man named Logan who fits the Bill perfectly. He came right in and got to work and has become not only a good friend of my mother but is very serious in making sure he does a good job. We really enjoyed having Logan in our house and are thankful that he was available and look forward to having him back in the future!

Danielle, Louisa and Channel are all amazing caregivers! Their dinners are wonderful and they are incredibly attentive. They take care of my house and I very well. Everything is always spotless when I wake up in the morning!

We have been using BrightStar Care for almost 4 years, and Bethanie has been an absolute blessing to our family. My mom has cognitive issues, and finding someone who is not only skilled but genuinely compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy is invaluable. Bethanie is all of those things and more. She is deeply invested in my mom’s well-being, consistently responsible, always on time, and has hardly ever missed any work - something that truly speaks volumes about her dedication. Bethanie is exceptionally kind and patient. She treats my mom with dignity, warmth, and understanding, even on the more challenging days that come with cognitive decline. Her calm presence and genuine care make a tremendous difference, and it’s clear she truly loves what she does. Knowing my mom is in such loving and capable hands gives our family incredible peace of mind. We also truly appreciate BrightStar Care regularly checking in to see how everything is going, which shows how much they care about both their clients and families. We are deeply grateful for Bethanie and the outstanding person and caregiver that she is as well as her willingness to always help with whatever is needed for my Mom. We will be forever grateful to Bethanie and Brightstar care for finding her for us.

We have been using Brightstar for 5 years. We have been so satisfied and so grateful for their help with caring for my mom. Over the years we have had so so many wonderful caregivers, truly compassionate women. They tell me Brightstar is a great company to work for on their end. Right now Cheyann, Sharon, Grace and Sadie are giving my mom the most loving care. They are gentle and encouraging, responsible and skilled. We would be lost without them. Highly recommend this company!
