There are so many nice, friendly folks here! My Apartment is very light, spacious. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space but very little countertop and no microwave. I require low-fat, gluten free diet options, which I thought I could substitute with my own GF items, but it wasn't feasible with dining room meals. I also prefer freshly steamed vegs, steamed rice, GF rice pasta, red potatoes, and lean White Chicken Breast, Fresh or Flash-Frozen unbreaded Fish, or Grilled Steak or lean ground beef in Mediterranea-Style Dishes. The Cuisine at Olympus Ranch is more of perhaps Family-Style dishes. Since my diet is pretty specific I'm going to be making my own meals. There is no credit offered for not being able to eat the foods they have to offer; this is my lesson for not asking enough questions before I asked to rent here. I'm also wheelchair bound and use oxygen, so I can't really participate in the activities like I had hoped to, because my tanks are annoying to lug around. Again, this is my problem and others will probably feel comfortable here. I'm going to look for a 55+ Community to see if it might be a better fit for me. (I'm at a hard place of needing Assisted Living but not all of the services offered, and I can't afford those premium lease amounts and the contractual obligations they require at those type of facilities.) Olympus Ranch is an Upscale, Independent Living Facility with deluxe, senior 55+, month-to-month rentals. It's a lovely community to visit!<br>If you visit, please mention my review, Diana.

I have visited this facility several times during events. I have been able to talk to the residents and the employee's about how it is to live and work there. The residents rave about the staff and how attentive they are, The staff rave about the GM and how she has made the work environment exceptional which makes this facility a welcoming place to spend your retirement years.
