Through nearly 5-months, our mother is having a very enjoyable experience living at Spring Gardens Senior Living Community in Midvale. She has made friends and really likes the staff.<br><br>The health care staff are knowledgeable, professional and always friendly. They provide excellent care and personalized support to each resident under the leadership of Coordinator Rocio and Director Brecklen. There are too many fantastic health care staff members to mention by name.<br><br>Daily social activities are well organized, fun and engaging for residents, and are led by amazing Activity Director Amie. Chef Pedro serves quality meals daily that are always good.<br><br>Special thanks to Director of Maintenance Louie Roman for his tireless work keeping the Spring Gardens facility and each apartment well maintained, comfortable, clean, and safe for all residents. Louie makes it a point to know each resident and is quick to respond personally and with his team to periodic special requests. He is caring, friendly and always can-do positive. Everyone loves him. Louie is a pro and difference maker at Spring Gardens!<br><br>Thanks to the entire staff at Spring Gardens Midvale who are caring professionals led by an excellent team of Directors and their supervisors who have all been there for several years.

I would like to recognize Luis, the Maintenance Director at Spring Gardens, for the outstanding job he does every day. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which reflects the pride and dedication Luis brings to his work.<br><br>Luis consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that residents and staff work together in a positive and supportive environment. He is always willing to help, listens to concerns, and works hard to make sure everyone feels valued and cared for.<br><br>I would also like to recognize Maria, the housekeeper, for the excellent work she does keeping the community clean and comfortable. Her hard work and attention to detail help make Spring Gardens feel like home.<br><br>What stands out most about Luis is his commitment to the residents. He frequently comes in on weekends to make sure everything is running smoothly and that residents are happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. His dedication, compassion, and strong work ethic do not go unnoticed.<br>Spring Gardens is fortunate to have team members like Luis and Maria who truly care about the residents and take pride in providing exceptional service every day.

I participated in the Easter Egg Hunt Saturday and had a blast. I loved seeing families come together to enjoy the event and seniors line up to see the kids find the eggs (some even hid eggs!). The face painting was so popular, and so was the Easter Bunny...<br>I enjoyed talking to residents. The event was a great display of the caring staff and how well loved the residents are. Well done to Spring Gardens Midvale!

Well it finally happened! My dear old friend and golfing buddy decided to move into assisted living. I visited him today and can honestly say he finally made a great decision 😄<br>This place is wonderful! His apartment is modern, clean and well designed. The food was excellent, to say the least.<br>More importantly the staff here are outstanding - friendly, attentive and highly qualified. Jano, who runs the facility brings a sense of genuine care, offering that personal touch. He obviously runs a tight ship.<br>I think my buddy is in excellent hands.<br>Now, if he could only learn to putt 🤣

Moving our grandparents into assisted living was one of the hardest decisions our family has had to make. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made it clear that this place is led with compassion, patience, and genuine care.<br><br>The administrator (Jano) sets the tone for the entire facility. You can tell immediately that he leads with love and empathy. One thing that stood out to me was the photo of his 90-year-old grandmother on his wall. It’s a small detail, but it speaks volumes about the heart behind the leadership here—he understands that the people living here are someone’s grandparents, just like his. That mindset shows in how the entire facility operates.<br><br>A special thank you to the nurse (Brecklyn) who took the time to make sure my grandmother was comfortable and truly cared for before her transfer. She didn’t rush the process and made sure every detail was handled so my grandmother felt safe and supported during a stressful transition. She stepped up in a big way to help care for her when the facility she was leaving failed to do so.<br><br>I also want to recognize Linda, who went above and beyond for my grandfather during a very emotional move. She showed incredible patience and kindness, taking the time to talk with him and help him feel welcome during such an emotional moment for him. Her compassion meant more than she probably realizes. And now, she still takes time to say hello every-time she sees him and my grandma. It’s not for show, it’s who she is and it’s all the difference.<br><br>What also stands out about this facility is the culture among the staff. Everywhere you go, people take the time to say hello, smile, and acknowledge everyone they meet. That warmth makes the building feel less like a facility and more like a community, a home.<br><br>Thank you to the entire team for caring not just for residents, but for moms/dads, grandmas/grandpas and their families as well. Knowing our grandparents are surrounded by people who truly care brings our family a great deal of comfort.<br><br>Side Note: When touring assisted living facilities, talk to residents and any staff you can find. At Spring Garden there was an overwhelming difference among those we visited. Residents at Spring Garden were alive. When you visit places, you’ll know what I mean and you’ll see the difference. They were happy - and at the end of the day, that’s really what matters. I’m super appreciative to the families and residents of Spring Garden that took the time to visit with us - you truly made the situation more positive and reassuring than I could’ve hoped.
