Copper Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care is an assisted living and memory care community located in South Jordan, Utah, just west of Daybreak. The community offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care options, allowing residents to remain in place as their needs change.

The community features bright apartments with mountain views, light housekeeping, same-day maintenance responses, and month-by-month contracts. Residents receive two or three meals per day included in pricing, along with most other living expenses. Chef-prepared entrées, home-baked desserts, and all-day dining options are available, with breakfast served anytime and more than twenty menu options available throughout the day.

Copper Creek's memory care program, called Apollo, is designed to maximize fulfillment and joy for those experiencing cognitive decline. All residents have access to 24-hour on-call personal care and emergency response pendants. The community is licensed for assisted living across all apartments, enabling residents to add support services as needed.

Life enrichment programming is extensive, with art and fitness classes, daily movies, Friday concerts with ice cream socials, themed celebrations, and creative workshops including painting, cooking demonstrations, and flower arranging. Off-site outings include visits to the aquarium, Butterfly Biosphere, Hale Center Theatre, adaptive biking, and horseback riding through partnerships with local organizations. Family members can access the LifeLoop app to view the calendar of events, track resident participation, and receive weekly photo updates.

Located just west of Daybreak, Copper Creek offers peaceful surroundings with close proximity to shops, restaurants, and healthcare facilities. The community is owned and operated by Stellar Senior Living.
