My mother in law is there. They do not answer the phone. Today the hospice nurse called my husband and told him "they are not taking care of her." I'm a nurse, so I know who to call and what to say. I'll be calling the state, Medicare/medicaid and whomever else I can think of. I've worked in long term care and in rehab, and I've NEVER had someone, a colleague or part of the multidisciplinary team, call about my residents not being taken care of. Ever.

My Dad is living here. They have failed to give him life critical meds on multiple occasions. The food is bad cafeteria food. Couple times all they got for dinner was a muffin and baked potato. Two nights they were doing very loud construction in the middle of the night. It’s the only place he can afford so we have tried not to complain but missing meds is not tolerable so I felt I needed to write a review
