St. Rita Place

St. Rita Place is an affordable housing community for seniors 62 and older, conveniently located in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The community welcomes residents with disabilities and provides reasonable accommodations to ensure equal opportunity to use and enjoy apartments and common areas. HumanGood, the operator, commits to thoroughly and promptly considering any requests for reasonable accommodation and engaging in dialogue with applicants and residents to solve problems jointly.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas. Management does not apply pet rules to assistance animals and their owners.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas throughout the community. Residents must sign a non-smoking agreement and ensure that both they and their guests smoke only in these designated areas on the premises.
