Most of the nurses and the aides are very caring people. The front desk staff has a history of being disrespectful towards visitors/ family and does not provide assistance at routing calls during critical situations. I have been placed on hold for more than 20 minutes at a time during urgent moments and I have been spoken to as if I am bothering the staff by asking for help at getting through to speak with a Nurse or a Manager. This has happened multiple times.

Very friendly staff! The saying of Grace before meals is wonderful! The free iced tea at the entrance on such a hot day was very thoughtful! Keep up the great work and God bless you!

Living in Florida I’ve been to so many nursing homes and assisted living homes and I always smell hints of urine- NEVER once smelled it here, it was very clean. My aunt is staying here, the food isn’t the best but her care has been very good. The social worker- Isaiah Noble is wonderful! He’s definitely gone above and beyond and is very professional. We are so appreciative of the care my aunt has received. She has had nothing but good things to say about the staff.

I met with the Social Worker with regards to my cousin. I am her caregiver an find the Social Worker was quite informative. I now feel more confident as to how to proceed. By the htime I go back home to Florida I know that everthing will be in place. The place is clean and everyone is friendly which helps the patients to have a good disposition. The food started out good but dropped several notches according to my cousin.

I visited my sister this past Sunday and was very impressed by the facility's commitment to safety. They have implemented a new, thorough security system that includes taking visitors' photos and contact information. It’s a great comfort to know they take the protection of their residents so seriously, especially during difficult times. The home is also known for its warm, welcoming environment, supported by the Carmelite Sisters.
