My mom moved in a little over three weeks ago. I have been touched by the thoughtfulness and compassion the entire staff has shown her and my family. They have responded to my concerns professionally and timely!

St. Margaret's at Mercy is hands-down one of the best nursing homes I've come across. It really feels like a warm, welcoming home instead of a typical facility—everything is clean, bright, and comfortable, with that genuine home-like atmosphere that makes a huge difference.

I spent a fair bit of time there, hanging out with the staff and residents, even joining in fire safety education sessions. The whole team—nurses, aides, everyone—was just fantastic: kind, super attentive, quick to respond, and clearly cared a lot about each person. They went way beyond the basics with the care, keeping families updated, serving really good meals, and always treating residents with real respect and dignity.

One thing that really stood out was the chapel on site—it's beautiful and open to everyone, residents and visitors alike. Being able to spend time there added so much to the positive feel of the place and shows how much they value compassion, spirituality, and strong core values for the whole community.

It's the kind of place where compassion and quality care actually come first, and you can feel it every day. Based on everything I saw and experienced firsthand, I give it a full **5 stars** without hesitation. If you're looking for a nursing home that truly stands out, St. Margaret's at Mercy is worth every bit of praise.

This facility has taken the best care of my grandmother since she admitted- it was difficult finding the right facility for her with Caring staff members and we’ve had some rough experiences in the past so it was just a relief once we learned about st. Margaret’s. Truly would recommend this facility to anyone who’s looking for efficient care for their loved one.
