Oh how this used to be such a respectable establishment and have this place ever fallen from grace. Your loved ones will likely have personal items stolen, they will likely not get fed adequate food or get any amount of reasonable care. Nurses do their best but admin is awful, hence why their good employees don’t stick around. Management like this should not be allowed to exist at a fast food joint nonetheless a facility that actually cares for people. As you sit here and wonder how you could be facing another terrible google review, I would advise a look in the mirror. These are peoples lives. Either quit or let your bosses have the common sense to fire such weak and incompetent leadership. At the very least dump the St. Louise part of the name as you clearly don’t know what she stood for. Be better. God bless.

Don’t place your loved ones here. They have few staff and the ones they do have are overworked and inpatient. They won’t inform you when your loved one is sent to the emergency room or if there are any issues. If you don’t check on your family or friends that reside there they will be neglected! You will have to go there and do their job! Absolutely disappointed and livid to how they do things. Being a nurse or CNA is not just for a check but a career for those that care about the wellness of their patients.
