Multiple failures at taking care of my brother. His room smelled like urine and feces. My brother had feces on his sheets, socks and floor when we arrived. His dentures were lost and he couldn't eat properly. They stopped answering the phones when his wife or I tried to check in on him each evening, even hanging up on us multiple times in a row. Complaints were not taken seriously. One staff said she loved working there and they take good care of their patients. Not true in this case. They called and said that he fell out of bed and were not sure how long he laid there. Negligent. This place should be thoroughly investigated. The only nice people we encountered were at the check in desk.

When I was there at the first time, I found the people to be very friendly outgoing and they really try to get you to connect with other ones and they were so helpful and they act very caring towards the other patients and yourself. They treated us very very well. The rooms are clean the halls do not smell like yarn. It’s just a very nice place. Very nice place and the employees that worked there are the people who worked there are very very nice people and very outgoing and very helpful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Multiple issues and neglect, they only Show the level of care while someone is there watching, when you are not around it seems as if they dont take pride and consideration into effect and do their job. Who ever owns this establishment needs to Step up and make changes. The health dpt has been notified as well as others to come. Enjoy!

Now, I'm wicked disappointed, NO ONE CALLS BACK!! My wife's clothes are now almost all gone. Even the complaint person doesn't call back. I want a meeting with the person that runs the place. Not a hard thing to do, you folks have my number, CALL ME!!! After my wife being there for a couple weeks, I'm a bit disenchanted. I really would like to know why when I call, it's like an act of Congress to get a call back??? I left written instructions about my wife's care, haven't heard anything back. I wanted to get information on bringing my dog for a visit, no call back. Can someone, anyone call me back???? Visited my wife at Bridgewater today, the folks were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and they seem very attentive to my wife's needs.

I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. If you are considering sending a loved one here, please think twice. My experience with this facility was extremely concerning. My dad was there for about three weeks. On his second night, he had to be sent to the hospital because his roommate caused his G-tube to be pulled out of his side. For at least five days his call button did not work, and I was the one who discovered it. My dad could not get out of bed on his own. If he had aspirated on mucus or needed urgent help, no one would have known. He also had a catheter, and his urine became extremely dark—almost like mud. It appeared that no one noticed this or tested it. Shortly after, his condition rapidly declined and he had to be sent to the hospital. What was most upsetting was the lack of communication. No one from the facility called me. The hospital was the one who notified me. I called and left messages for the unit manager and the social worker, but neither returned my calls. My dad ended up in the ICU and passed away two days later. Families trust facilities like this to care for people who cannot care for themselves. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to ask a lot of questions before placing a loved one here.
