My experience with this assisted living facility has been fantastic. Well organized location. I would highly recommend the Villas at San Bernardino It’s a great facility starting from when you walk in the door, you are greeted by Friendly staff The facility is clean, well run and it’s easy to see the staff care deeply about the residents. Staff was so helpful every time we needed advice. My aunt was a resident for over 5 years and was constantly saying how happy she was.

I had a wonderful experience with this assisted living community. From the moment I reached out, everyone was welcoming, caring, and professional. A special thank you to Jackie, who went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents and their families. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for their loved one.

I have a relative who has been at Villas at San Bernardino for the past 9 months. When I went there to visit her, she seemed very well cared for. The wellness director for assisted living and memory care, Dulce Allen, is in charge of the residents’ care and has been very helpful. She has sent me several pictures of my relative, smiling, and with items I’ve sent, with therapy dogs, etc. The phone is answered by polite and helpful people who do their best to put my relative on the phone whenever I call. The facility looked very clean and well cared for, and the staff treated me very well, especially when I arrived late at night. The price is lower than her other facilities were, and the staff is MUCH better than her first place.

I have visited The Villas of San Bernardino and truly felt confident in the team and their ability to care for one of my loved ones. The facility is clean, looks safe, and thoughtfully designed for the population living there. The activities director, Janet, has a pleasant approach and seems passionate about working there. I would highly recommend The Villas of San Bernardino.

Nichole was absolutely wonderful to work with during the process of finding the perfect assisted living community for my aunt. From the very beginning, she listened closely to our needs and concerns. She guided us through every step, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my aunt would feel comfortable at the Villas of San Bernardino.
