This place is a Joke!!! I unexpectedly show up after hours because other family members were telling me the lack of care my dad was receiving. The horra I witnessed. Apparently, during the wee hours, there's only 1 aid on the unit, other units they're collectively sleeping!!! My father along 17 others only had 1 aid. The condition he was in, complete unacceptable!!! Spoke to the Administrator Jim, voicing my concerns, instead of being reasonable and understanding. He rather shows my father and I the door. looking into Legale Actions. Please don't send your loved ones here, unless you want them to Die!!!
